Your NDIS plan outlines your approved funding categories and amounts. We can help you understand what's available to use with us.

You choose your provider

As an NDIS participant, you have the right to choose and change providers at any time. There's no lock-in with NxtGen.

We handle the admin

NxtGen claims directly through the NDIS portal — you don't need to pay out of pocket or manage invoices.

Your rights are protected

We operate under the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards. You can raise concerns with us or the NDIS Commission at any time.

How we use AI

We built our own AI tool to cut the paperwork

Beyond direct support, NxtGen builds software for the sector we work in. Casefile is our AI system for structuring allied health reports and Behaviour Support Plans — built because we saw first-hand how much admin time it takes support coordinators and providers, and wanted to give some of it back.

Functional capacity summaries — merges OT, physio and psychology reports into one comparison table and flags where they disagree.
Shift-ready BSP cards — condenses long Behaviour Support Plans into an emergency quick-reference card for support workers.
Every output is a drafting aid — reviewed and signed off by a qualified professional before it's used, never a replacement for one.
